With the ACC app for iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Android devices, messages from the Alarm Control Center can not only be displayed, processed and acknowledged, there are also many other functions that make alarming even more convenient.
The message overview of the ACC app shows you all important messages at a glance. The messages can be acknowledged directly in the message overview.
Different statuses of the messages are indicated by symbols such as the wrench and the arrow easy to recognize.
The messages can also be filtered using the filter function. Only currently relevant messages are displayed.
The detail view contains additional information about a message. It shows e.g. e.g. when the message was received, left or which other employee may have already accepted the message.

The ACC app shows you the current status of a participant. In addition, the status can also be set directly in the ACC via the app. This gives the participant the opportunity to decide at any time and from any place when all messages should be transmitted and when, for example, only the particularly important ones should be sent.
The participant status can also be automatically reset to "Present" after a configurable time interval. Employees receive e.g. For example, after a meeting, the desired messages are automatically sent back to your smartphone without having to set the participant status manually.
The feature Team Plan allows employees to activate or deactivate themselves in service teams. You can use it to control whether or not you are alarmed in the event of a fault.
To do this, an escalation line for Teamdispo simply has to be activated in the Alarm Control Center - and this service team is already available in the app under the Teamdispo function.
In addition, with the team dispo, the participant always has an overview of how many employees are currently activated in the service team and whether the minimum number of available employees has been reached.
With a search function, the employee does not lose track even with many service teams.
The communication between the ACC App and the Alarm Control Center takes place via the smartphone channel. This communicates via an encrypted connection with our ACC App web service in the Microsoft Azure Cloud.
