With the help of the e-mail agent, e-mail mailboxes can be sent to the Alarm Control Center to be connected. The agent retrieves emails from the inbox of one or more configured email mailboxes. Messages for the Alarm Control Center are generated from the e-mails after they have been downloaded. This is done using specified configuration parameters.
From the subject line of the e-mails, e.g. B. the alarm group can be generated, the message text from the content of the e-mail. In order to define further parameters of the message, the content of the e-mail can be structured as XML.
