Internal sales employee (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Independent support and development of existing customers (inside sales)
• Advising existing and new customers on the selection, introduction and optimization of our Alarm Control Center software
• Creation and follow-up of offers
• Preparation, scheduling and participation in trade fairs
• Establishment of long-term customer partnerships
• Cooperation with the sales force
• Product presentations as part of webinars

your profile

• Preferably completed vocational training in the commercial or information technology field, business administration or technical studies
• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in internal sales
• Experience in IT and software license sales
• Very good knowledge of German and business fluent English
• Independent, structured work and high service and customer orientation
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of operating systems, software, hardware and networks is desirable
• Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably OpenERP
