Our history<\/h2><\/div><\/div><\/span>

Alarm IT Factory GmbH was founded in 2013 as a spin-off from Siemens AG. The current managing director Peter Gunsser, who worked for Siemens for more than 20 years, took the opportunity and took over the Alarm Control Center from Siemens AG in order to transfer the promising product into the future. After a short transition phase, the Alarm Control Center has since been completely managed by the Alarm IT Factory - from the offer to the finished commissioning.<\/p>

In 2014, Alarm IT Factory built up a further pillar alongside alarming with the control technology team and was thus able to create a solid foundation for organic growth.<\/p>

The small team of originally 5 employees has meanwhile developed into a medium-sized company with over 30 employees.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

After receiving the order, our customers get the software and licenses within a few days - plus all necessary hardware components which are tested for compatibility with the ACC. Once the software and hardware are on their way, the customer is contacted by our ACC support team to arrange an appointment for commissioning and training.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

During commissioning, the ACC experts from our support provide a deep insight into the functionality and configuration of the Alarm Control Center. Should any irregularities occur during operation, our ACC support team is there to provide advice and assistance. If requested, a service time of up to 24\/7 and regular maintenance by an ACC expert can be booked in the support contract.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
