A total of 65,700 visitors flocked to Nuremberg to find out about the latest products and solutions from the automation industry. We showed many of these numerous visitors to our booth in Hall 6 the new features of the Alarm Control Center V5.1 and our app for the Apple Watch. Our stand team of four was challenged every day from morning to evening to explain the advantages of professional alarming with the ACC to new interested parties and to answer many experienced ACC users their questions about further requirements.<\/p>\n<p>We will include your numerous suggestions and requests in our development planning. Here are some of the voices from our satisfied customers:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u201cVery good and intuitive operation. Now an additional export of data in CSV format and it&#039;s perfect! &quot;<\/li>\n<li>\u201cThere are clear and structured menus everywhere. There is always feedback about the action taken. If only the surfaces of my other applications were only half as thought out! &quot;<\/li>\n<li>\u201cYour support is really very well trained and always friendly and courteous. The ACC Support acted very carefully and technically competent when it came to the self-made IT problems in our company three weeks ago. Our own IT can learn a bit from that. I am happy to pass the ACC brochure on to our other areas in our company! They want to connect different systems via OPC UA and alert on Android smartwatches &quot;<\/li>\n<li>\u201cAlarms on the smartwatch - finally, now the ACC is also available on the wrist. Accepting messages by moving the wrist or tapping on the smartwatch is also great. I can&#039;t wait for the app for smartwatches to be available as a product. My technicians in our noisy production hall will be happy. &quot;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We like to hear that - the ACC team thanks its more than 6,000 customers worldwide for their loyalty, we will continue to do our best for you! For the sometimes almost impossible - we have the solution.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1. Delivery release ACC V5.1<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The ACC V5.1 will be released for sale punctually on Monday, December 17th, 2018.
