The air conditioning ensures that heat is dissipated and the temperatures in the data centers are kept within a range suitable for the sensitive equipment. Central applications for production, research and administration are operated in these data centers. If a computer fails, serious consequences for the company can be expected.<\/p>\n<p>To ensure that possible malfunctions are immediately detected and forwarded to the responsible experts, the automobile manufacturer has been relying on the <a href=\"https:\/\/alarm-it-factory.de\/en\/alarm-control-center\/\"><strong>Alarm Control Center<\/strong><\/a>.<br \/>\nHigh-priority fault messages are forwarded by WinCC OA to the alarm system. The ACC then notifies the responsible persons reliably and automatically via <a href=\"https:\/\/alarm-it-factory.de\/en\/alarm-control-center\/components\/the-channels\/channel-voice-output\/\">voice call<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/alarm-it-factory.de\/en\/alarm-control-center\/components\/the-channels\/channel-for-smartphone\/\">push message <\/a>and <a href=\"https:\/\/alarm-it-factory.de\/en\/alarm-control-center\/components\/the-channels\/email-channel\/\">Email.<\/a>The alarm is repeated until a responsible technician takes over the troubleshooting. If an alarm is not answered by the on-call team within 10 minutes, management is notified.
