Thanks to your feedback, we were able to make targeted improvements to the current version. We thank you for your feedback and support.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><strong class=\"false\">The following optimizations are included in service pack 1:<\/strong><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong class=\"false\">ACC redundancy manager:<br \/>\n<\/strong>With the ACC redundancy manager, configuring and operating a redundant ACC becomes even easier. The manager is a central component on the ACC server that monitors and controls redundancy.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong class=\"false\">Compatibility with V24 and V24 SP1 is guaranteed for the following systems:<\/strong><\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">WinCC OA 3.19<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">PCS neo V4.1<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">WinCC RT Professional (TIA V19)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">WinCC Unified (TIA V19)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong class=\"false\">Desigo CC V7:\u00a0 <\/strong><\/span><br class=\"false\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Compatibility with V24 and V24 SP1 can be assumed.\u00a0<\/span><br class=\"false\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">(Testing will be completed by April 2024)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"false\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In addition, further minor bug fixes and improvements have been made that further increase the stability and performance of the ACC.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"false\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Further information about the service pack, including the corresponding download link, was sent to contract customers in a support mailing on March 14, 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"false\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">If you have any questions, please contact our sales team at <a class=\"false\" style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"mailto:sales@alarmcontrolcenter.de\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sales@alarmcontrolcenter.de<\/a> to disposal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; color: #000000;\">New: ACC webinar offer<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In the future we will offer you regular <a class=\"false\" style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/alarm-it-factory.de\/en\/alarm-control-center\/acc-webinars\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">live webinars<\/a> on the Alarm Control Center (ACC). The IT security experts have checked the ACC and the interfaces for security gaps and security risks and have shown us suggestions for an even more secure operation of the ACC in the cloud.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">We will evaluate and implement the latest test results and start the first pilot project with a long-standing customer shortly.
