    Alarm Control Center V26

To ensure the reliable transmission of alarms from a production control system to the desired end devices, we update the software version of our Alarm Control Centers (ACC).

This means you benefit from a new version of our alarm software every year, which contains numerous new features. These include new features and optimizations that further improve the user-friendliness and range of functions of the Alarm Control Center.

The new versions are also always compatible with the current control system versions and the latest versions of Microsoft Windows and the Microsoft SQL Server.

Here you will find the most important new features of the Alarm Control Center in version V26:

    Technical modernization of architecture

The ACC's software architecture has been fundamentally modernized. This results in greater stability, improved performance, and long-term maintainability.

ACC V26 includes a current version of SQL Server Express, which is included directly in the setup. New ACC modules are developed exclusively with .NET 8 – and from ACC V26 Service Pack 1 onwards, with .NET 10. This ensures that ACC always remains state-of-the-art. For communication between the modules, we rely on modern, cloud-ready technologies such as HTTPS and SignalR.

    Cloud connector for agents

ACC V26 introduces a new Cloud connector that significantly expands the possible applications for the ACC. Different control systems can be seamlessly integrated with cloud-based environments. This allows all locally deployed ACC agents to be connected directly to the ACC in the cloud. At the same time, modern authentication and encryption ensure maximum security for the connection between the customer’s network and the cloud.

For you, this means greater flexibility in distributed IT structures and future-proof integration with modern cloud architectures - with the highest level of operational security.

    HTTPS channel with Twilio

The ACC's HTTPS Channel adds another option for sending and acknowledging alarm notifications via SMS: seamless integration with Twilio, a leading cloud communications platform.

A new documentation guide walks you through a practical configuration example, showing how to set up the HTTPS channel so that SMS messages can be sent and received online via Twilio’s Programmable Messaging API - without any additional GSM device or SIM hardware.
