Alarm IT Factory GmbH is an IT solutions company based in Stuttgart, specializing in professional alarm management and custom software solutions.

Our core product is the Alarm Control Center, which we develop, support, and continuously improve. The alarm management software reliably forwards important messages from systems, processes, and IT environments to the right people.

With flexible interfaces, intuitive operation, and fast alerting, the ACC is particularly suitable for industry, building technology, data centers, utilities, and water and wastewater operations.

Our history

Alarm IT Factory GmbH was founded in 2013 as a spin-off from Siemens AG. The current managing director, Peter Gunsser, who worked for Siemens for more than 20 years, took the opportunity and took over the Alarm Control Center from Siemens AG in order to transfer the promising product into the future. After a short transition phase, the Alarm Control Center has since been completely supported by the Alarm IT Factory - from the offer to the finished commissioning.

From the small team of originally 5 employees, a medium-sized company with over 30 employees has now developed.

In all areas related to this innovative product, we support our customers from the first inquiry to successful commissioning and 24/7 service for the safe operation of the Alarm Control Center.

Our sales team discusses in detail with our customers which components of the ACC are required and quickly and easily creates an offer tailored to the requirements. The focus is always on the benefit for the customer and the ease of use by his employees. Here we work according to the principle: Together we will find a technical and commercial solution for every challenge.

After receipt of the order, our customers receive the software and licenses within a few days - plus all the necessary hardware components that have been checked for compatibility with the ACC. If the software and hardware are on their way, the customer will be contacted by our ACC support to arrange an appointment for commissioning and training.

During commissioning, our support ACC experts provide a deep insight into the functionality and configuration of the Alarm Control Center. Should any irregularities occur during operation, our ACC support is on hand with advice and action. If desired, a service time of up to 24/7 and regular maintenance by an ACC expert can be booked in the support contract.

Since our customers always want to be up to date, the Alarm Control Center is continuously adapted to current technologies by our development team and new functions are added. The development is not at the other end of the world, but in the middle of Stuttgart. The wishes of our customers are implemented quickly and easily by the development department.
