The year 2025 is drawing to a close. A good moment to pause briefly and look back on eventful months. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you sincerely for your trust, your partnership, and the pleasant cooperation.

For us, 2025 was a year of important milestones:

  • With the ISO 27001:2022 certification, we have further expanded our information security – as a logical complement to our TISAX certification.
  • At SPS 2025 we were able to present our Alarm Control Center (ACC) live again at the joint stand “Automation meets IT”, see many familiar faces again and make numerous new contacts.
  • We were also particularly pleased with our feature article in the magazine “Factory Innovation”, in which we highlight why effective alarm management is so crucial in industry.

In this final newsletter of the year, we'll give you insights into our new ACC V26 release and a recap of our appearance at SPS 2025. You'll also get to know our new ACC Insights section.

Introducing: ACC V26

With ACC V26 the next generation of our Alarm Control Center is now available. This new release features a modernized technical foundation, enhanced security, and additional functions that make operation even more flexible and future-proof.

Note for contract customers

Customers with a current upgrade contract will automatically receive ACC V26 via email during January. No further action is required on your part. Outlook on ACC V26.1

The first service pack for ACC V26 will be available as early as March 2026. This will include, among other things, the following new features:

  • Optimized live monitoring for the HTTPS channel: In the future, live checks can also be performed via HEAD requests to external systems for greater flexibility and more reliable channel monitoring.
  • Extensions for the OPC UA agent and the PCS neo agent: Message texts can be tailored using regular expressions and specifically reduced to relevant content.
  • Further modernization and strengthening of IT security: Improvements to key components ensure an even more stable and future-proof system.

Further information will follow in the coming months via our usual channels.

 

 

SPS 2025
It was great that you were there.

Three days at the trade fair, two booths, many great encounters: From November 25th to 27th, 2025, we were again at the SPS – Smart Production Solutionin Nuremberg. This year, we even had a double stand at the joint stand "Automation meets IT" – offering even more space for exchange, live demos, and exciting discussions.

Over all three days, we presented our Alarm Control Center (ACC) in a wide variety of environments – in a very practical and live manner:

  • in conjunction with SIMATIC PCS neo
  • with SIMATIC WinCC
  • and with several open, non-Siemens-based systems that generated particular interest among many visitors.

Our guests were able to experience firsthand how flexibly the ACC integrates into various control and visualization systems and how it supports everyday operations. Personal interaction was once again our focus this year. Whether it was brief technical questions, in-depth discussions about alarm strategies, or simply getting to know each other personally – the numerous conversations were incredibly enriching. We were especially pleased to see so many familiar faces again and to have made so many new contacts.

Of course, we couldn't leave out one small highlight from the trade fair: our red button that made a retro telephone ring and played a real voice message. A playful yet impressive example of how quickly the ACC recognizes events, processes them, and forwards them to the right places. Many visitors enjoyed it – and so did we.

With a team of three, and at times even four, colleagues, we were on site, gathered countless impressions, discussed exciting ideas, and took away valuable insights.

Our thanks go to everyone who contributed to the success, whether on or behind the stage – and of course to you, our visitors, customers, prospective customers and partners.

With our new ACC Insights section, we want to regularly provide you with brief insights into the world of the Alarm Control Center. In concise videos and practical examples, we'll show you tips and tricks, present selected functions, and highlight components that are easily overlooked in everyday use – but offer great potential.

Our goal: To help you get even more value from your ACC.

Whether it's about extension options you haven't yet used, or features already included in your installation but not yet fully utilized, ACC Insights aims to address precisely these issues.

Stay tuned: In each upcoming issue, you can expect a new, short insight that shows you how to use your ACC in a more targeted and efficient way.

 

ACC Windows App

This first edition of ACC Insights focuses on the ACC Windows App. It demonstrates the app's suitability for various use cases, its added value in daily alarm management, and how it connects to the Alarm Control Center. The video shows you step-by-step which settings are required or recommended in ACC, how to configure the ACC Windows App, and what the user interface looks like – including display and filtering options for messages. This provides a concise overview of how to effectively use the ACC Windows App and better leverage existing functions within your ACC system.
