Events 2024 – Save the Date

New Manufacturing World 2024 | June 11-12, 2024
Böblingen Congress Hall

We are delighted to have been part of the New Manufacturing World 2024 event in the Böblingen Congress Hall. Together with Prof. Dr. Ferdinand Dudenhöffer, Drees & Sommer organized a top meeting of the European manufacturing industry to discuss the latest technologies and current issues in the industry. The congress program included keynotes, panel discussions, expert talks and an exhibition. We presented the Alarm Control Center live at our stand and had many inspiring discussions with industry experts. ➡️ Impressions

 

 

SPS – Smart Production Solutions | November 12-14, 2024
Nuremberg Trade Fair

After a one-year break, we will be back with our own stand at the SPS 2024. You can find us in Hall 6 on the joint stand “IT meets Automation”.Further information and the option to book an appointment including a trade fair ticket will be available on our website shortly.

Hotfixes ACC V24.1.2 & V23.1.11

Latest hotfixes for ACCV24.1.2 and ACCV23.1.11 are available for download. ACC customers have been contacted separately with the relevant download links.

If you have not received a message with the download link or have further questions, please contact our support team at support@alarmcontrolcenter.de.

 

 

New download service

We are pleased to announce that our website has now been expanded to include a new sownload service. You now have the opportunity to download various documents relating to the Alarm Control Center free of charge.

To gain access to the materials, only prior verification via email is required.

We are convinced that this new section will provide you with valuable support and additional information. Take a look and use the resources provided!

Upcoming discontinuations as of October 31, 2024

ACC Android App (SMS/TCP) for SMS and TCP channel

The ACC Android App (SMS/TCP) for the SMS and TCP channel will be discontinued on October 31, 2024.
Please note:  The ACC App for iOS and Android (for Smartphone channel – from ACC V21) and the ACC channels SMS and TCP are NOT affected by this discontinuation .They remain available as usual.
As of October 31, 2024, the ACC Android app (SMS/TCP) will no longer be available for download on our website. You can continue to use the app after October 31, 2024, but without any guarantee or support from us.

 

ACC V21
ACC version V21 will be discontinued on October 31, 2024. After this date, no extensions will be available for this version. In addition, technical support will be discontinued.

 

Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2
From 31.10.2024 the Windows Server 2012 R2 will no longer be supported for use with the ACC.

The reason for this decision is that Microsoft has discontinued extended support for Windows Server 2012 R2 on December 10, 2023. This discontinuation has a direct impact on the compatibility of the SQL Server Express included with the ACC. We therefore strongly recommend migrating to a more recent version of Windows Server.

New colleagues at the AIF

The AIF continues to grow. We are very pleased that our ACC development team and our sales team have been further strengthened by our new colleagues Maximilian and Stefan. We would like to take this official opportunity to welcome them both warmly !!!

For the Development Department we are also looking for a new colleague with experience in app development. Applications for graduates and working students are also very welcome.
