Alarm Control Center is an alarm software developed in Germany. It reliably transmits messages from process control systems and visualization systems to smartphones, mobile phones, pagers and many other devices such as laptops, tablets and PCs.
Alarms are always sent directly and automatically, e.g. via SMS to the responsible person or group of people.
If a recipient of an initial alarm does not respond to a message within a defined time, the system immediately forwards it to other recipients. An escalation step can include the information of one or more participants.
The escalation steps are individually configurable and can be repeated multiple times. This ensures that the message is always delivered and processed.
The Alarm Control Center has a modular structure and can be seamlessly integrated into an existing IT infrastructure. The alarm software is scalable from a few messages per day to over a million messages per month in three-shift operation.
Redundant alarm control centers ensure availability and also support load distribution when there is a high number of alarms.
