The ACC core system is the heart of alarm management. The alarm management system itself consists of various components. These different modules and their advantages are brought closer to you here.
The individual components of the Alarm Control Center can be operated in such a way that a second component can always take over if the first one no longer works properly. Redundant alarm control centers ensure availability and can also be used to distribute the load in the event of a large number of messages.
An agent establishes the connection between the process control system and the ACC core system. It takes over the alarm messages and forwards them to the ACC core system. It can report the results of the alerting process and the responses from the participants back to the process control system.
In the event of a fault in production, the message must reach the specialists safely and in the shortest possible time on a wide variety of end devices. A channel connects the ACC core system with the telecommunication infrastructure and ensures the delivery of the messages.
Do you need a display of all messages and their status? The ACC apps display the received messages in a clearly arranged list. In the detailed view you can see additional information, such as the message status (incoming, gone) with the time and which participant accepted the message.
Due to the modularity of the Alarm Control Center, it can be easily expanded with various options and thus adapted to your needs.
