    To ensure the reliable transmission of alarms from a production control system to the desired end devices, we update the software version of our Alarm Control Centers (ACC).

    This means you benefit from a new version of our alarm software every year, which contains numerous new features. These include new features and optimizations that further improve the user-friendliness and range of functions of the Alarm Control Center.

    The new versions are also always compatible with the current control system versions and the latest versions of Microsoft Windows and the Microsoft SQL Server.

    Here you will find the most important new features of the Alarm Control Center in version V25:

    HTTPS channel

    The new HTTPS channel enables alarms to be sent via services with web interfaces such as HTTP, HTTPS or REST. These include Internet service providers for SMS or email, Microsoft Teams or Confluence.

    For example, SMS, emails or Teams messages can be sent automatically or Confluence pages can be created via the ACC. The configuration of the web calls is completely user-defined - the customer determines the required URLs and the content to be transmitted directly in the channel. This allows alarm messages to be flexibly and seamlessly integrated into a wide variety of systems.

    Channel TETRAcontrol

    The new channel for  TETRAcontrol enables the sending of messages to TETRA radios from Motorola, Sepura and Airbus ACC P8GR via the TETRAcontrol software from Status 3 IT.

    The channel can make individual and group calls and can be configured via the ACC user interface. Thanks to the TETRA standard, text messages can be sent specifically to various radio devices that are connected to a TETRA system.

    This channel provides a reliable way to transmit alarms and important information quickly and directly to emergency responders and other mobile units equipped with TETRA radios.

    Channel TETRAcontrol

    The new channel for  TETRAcontrol enables the sending of messages to TETRA radios from Motorola, Sepura and Airbus ACC P8GR via the TETRAcontrol software from Status 3 IT.
