It enables customers with ACC Smartphone Channel, the users of ACC App to manage independently – without going through ACC support and without manually maintaining Excel lists.Users can be created, edited, or deleted via a modern user interface. At the same time, it's always clear which users are licensed and how many licenses are still available. This simplifies daily administration and ensures that changes can be implemented more quickly. ACC Option Team Plan at the center.The recording demonstrates how team scheduling can be used when responsibilities change within service teams – for example, with on-call schedules, rotating teams, or short-notice changes.
