ACC App User Management

Manage users independently

The new ACC App User Management is already being used by the first customers. It allows customers with the ACC Smartphone Channelto manage ACC App. users independently – without going through ACC Support and without manually maintaining Excel lists.

A modern user interface makes it possible to create, edit, or delete users. At the same time, it provides a clear overview of licensed users and remaining available licenses. This makes daily administration easier and helps ensure that changes can be implemented more quickly. The rollout to all customers using the ACC Smartphone Channel will follow in the next step.

  • SIMATIC TIA V21 WinCC Runtime Professional
  • SIMATIC PCS neo V7
  • SQL Server 2025 Standard

ACC INSIGHTS

Team Plan Option in Practice

In our ACC INSIGHTS section, we regularly share short insights into the world of the Alarm Control Center. This time, the focus is on the ACC Team Plan Option .

The recording shows how the Team Plan Option can be used when responsibilities within service teams change – for example with on-call schedules, rotating teams, or last-minute staff changes. The video explains what the option is used for, which benefits it provides, and how it can be configured in the ACC.

It also shows how the Team Plan Option works in the ACC App. This makes it clear how responsibilities can be managed and kept up to date, helping ensure that alarms continue to reach the right contacts.

The recording is available free of charge after a short registration.

ACC Fundamentals Webinar,

Professional Alarm Solutions Explained

For a compact introduction or a quick refresher

In SCADA, automation, and infrastructure environments, alarms, faults, and critical events need to be detected reliably and forwarded quickly to the right people – based on responsibilities, availability, and communication channels.

In our next ACC Fundamentals Webinar, we will show how the Alarm Control Center (ACC) supports exactly this. The webinar provides a compact system overview with practical examples and presents key functions in a live demo.

It also shows how the ACC can be integrated into existing PLC, SCADA, or IT environments and how structured alarm management can support different areas of application – for example in manufacturing, energy and utilities, food and pharmaceuticals, IT, or building management.

We will also provide an overview of the benefits and added value for users, operators, and integrators, as well as basic cost-benefit aspects.

The webinar is intended for anyone involved in application, planning, or technical implementation who would like to get to know the ACC or take a fresh look at its basic functions and possible applications.
