Outlook on ACC V26 – our roadmap towards the future

With the planned release of the ACC Version V26 we are setting a key milestone in the further development of the Alarm Control Centers (ACC).The new version not only brings numerous technical improvements, but also creates the basis for hybrid and cloud-based deployment scenarios – a significant step towards cloud readiness and future-proofing.

The most important innovations at a glance:

• Technical modernization of architecture: ACC V26 fundamentally modernizes the software architecture. This version includes a current version of SQL Server Express, which is included directly in the setup. This improves stability and long-term maintainability.
• Strengthening the IT security architecture: The existing security mechanisms are being further developed to meet the requirements of modern IT structures – especially in hybrid and cloud environments.
• User management for the ACC app – now possible independently: User management for the ACC app has been significantly simplified: Customers can now create, edit, and delete users independently. Manual maintenance of Excel lists is completely eliminated, significantly simplifying administration.
• Cloud Connector for Agents: ACC V26 introduces a new cloud connector that enables the integration of various control systems in cloud-based environments. This increases the flexibility of ACC deployments in distributed IT structures.

The new version offers a powerful, secure, and future-oriented platform—regardless of whether the ACC is operated on-premises or in the cloud. Successfully certified: ISO 27001:2022

We are pleased to announce that Alarm IT Factory GmbH has been officially certified according to the ISO 27001:2022 istandard as of the end of March. The independent certification body DSR-Certification has confirmed in a comprehensive audit that our Information Security Management System (ISMS) meets the requirements of the internationally recognized standard.

The certification includes our software development and support activities in the area alarm management and control technology.For our customers and partners, this means: Our processes are secure, transparently documented, and meet the latest requirements for modern IT structures – from cloud services and secure software development to current threat analysis.

According to our TISAX certification, ISO 27001 is another important milestone in our ongoing commitment to quality, safety and reliability.

ACC in action – four exciting practical examples

Our current Use casesdemonstrate how flexible and efficient our ACC truly is. Whether in research, water and wastewater management, the pharmaceutical, or automotive industries – the ACC ensures transparent, reliable, and efficient alarm processes in a wide variety of applications. On our website, we present specific projects that illustrate typical practical application scenarios:

1. Research & Development – Jülich Research Center: At the Jülich Research Center, the ACC is used to monitor a complex infrastructure. Through centralized alarms, cross-system connectivity, and structured documentation, the system supports safe operation in a research-intensive environment. ➡️ To the use case
2. Water & Wastewater – Municipality of Prosselsheim: At a decentralized wastewater treatment plant in the municipality of Prosselsheim, the ACC contributes to secure monitoring and mobile alarm systems. The system was implemented as part of a pilot project in collaboration with Siemens AG and demonstrates how modern alarm solutions can be integrated into existing automation concepts.➡️ To the use case
3. Pharma – Anonymized use case: In a pharmaceutical production environment, the ACC supports compliance with regulatory requirements. Alarm processes are mapped reliably and transparently, events are comprehensively documented, and all processes are adapted to the specific requirements of the industry. ➡️ To the use case
4. Automotive – Anonymized use case: In the automotive industry, the ACC is used for central monitoring of production facilities. Through fast escalation paths and reliable alarm forwarding, the system helps minimize response times and avoid production interruptions. ➡️ To the use case

SPS 2025

We’re excited to announce that we’ll once again be exhibiting at the SPS, Smart Production Solutions, taking place November 25-27, 2025 in Nuremberg. You’ll find us at the joint booth “Automation meets IT” in Hall 6 – this time with a lager, double-sized stand.We are using the trade fair to present the next generation of our Alarm Control Center: the new ACC Version V26.

Reminder: ACC V22 will be discontinued on October 31, 2025

Please note that on October 31, 2025 version ACC V22 will officially reach its end of life. From this date, no extensions will be available, and technical support will also be discontinued.
