You will receive personal support from us for everything to do with the Alarm Control Center - from a qualified, competent support team directly from Stuttgart. First of all, we would like to ensure, through competent advice, that the Alarm Control Center is connected to the control systems in your infrastructure in accordance with the desired security requirements.
During commissioning, we will then support you in embedding the ACC correctly in your processes. Benefit from our competent remote support at fair conditions. If necessary, we are available 24/7 with our on-call team. On request, our service can be rounded off with an optional maintenance contract.
If you need support with the first start, we will be happy to take over the commissioning of the Alarm Control Center. We carry out the basic installation and establish the connection to the telecommunications systems (end devices?) and control systems you have provided. A function test is then carried out.
With a short briefing, we will guide you through the configuration options of the ACC so that you are able to manage your system independently. You can choose whether we visit you personally on site or whether you want to be supported via remote connection.
