You will receive individualsupport from us for everything to do with the Alarm Control Center - from a qualified, competent support team directly from Stuttgart. In advance, we would like to ensure through competent expert consultation that the Alarm Control Center is connected to the control systems in your infrastructure in accordance with the desired security requirements.
During commissioning, we will then support you in correctly embedding the ACC in your processes. Benefit from our competent remote support at fair conditions. If necessary, we are available for you 24/7 with our on-call team. On request, our service can be rounded off with an optional maintenance contract.
If you need support when first getting started, we will be happy to take over the setup of the Alarm Control Center. We carry out the basic installation and establish the connection to the telecommunication systems (end devices?) and control systems provided by you. This is followed by a function test.
On the basis of a brief instruction, we will guide you through the configuration options of the ACC so that you are able to manage your system independently.
You can choose whether we will visit you personally on site or whether you want to be supported via remote connection.
