Delivery release of the new version ACC V22
The new version is available: As of 01.11.2021 we have published our new release ACC V22 released.
Let yourself be inspired by numerous optimizations and new features.

Note to our support and upgrade contract customers:
You will be contacted by our sales or support team within the next few weeks regarding upgrading your system to the new ACC V22 version.

The new functions of the ACC V22 at a glance:

1) ACC dashboard

  • Channels and agents widget: Display of the status of the individual ACC components such as channels, agents, ACC core system and the alarms of the last 24 hours per channel and agent.
  • Performance Widget: Display of the current utilization of hard disk, CPU and RAM.

2) ACC app

  • Reset password: The employee can reset the password directly in the app.
  • Contact person: An internal contact person can be displayed within the app and can be contacted directly by email or phone in the event of a problem.

3) ACC user interface

  • The configuration of the ACC (database) can be backed up and restored with just a few clicks.
  • Service teams can be added to alarm groups via drag & drop. The order of the service teams corresponds to the order in the ACC archive.
  • The alarm history can be filtered using the archive filter.

4) Monitoring option (formerly system monitoring)

As of ACC V22, the monitoring option replaces the previous system monitoring option and offers additional features. The basic functions are included free of charge with ACC V22 and subsequent versions.
The new features:

  • A simple and intuitive interface for configuring and displaying runtime data.
  • The entire alarm path can be fully monitored - from the PLC to the end device.
  • Cyclic tests check the availability of control systems, agents, channels, the telecommunications infrastructure and all other ACC components. Administrators are notified immediately in the event of irregularities. The result is also available to external systems for visualization.

5) Swisscom eAlarm channel

The channel Swisscom eAlarm is a connection to the alarm service from Swisscom. It enables messages to be sent to pagers, by e-mail or by SMS via the provider Swisscom.

6) Agent OPC UA

Integration of the OPC UA agent in the monitoring option and support of many common security mechanisms of OPC UA:

  • Security mode: Sign or SignAndEncrypt (signed or signed and encrypted)
  • Cryptographic algorithms: e.g. B. Basic256, Basic256Sha26, etc. (is provided by the OPC server)
  • User authentication: Anonymous login or login with username / password
  • Certificates: Secure communication through the exchange of certificates between the OPC UA agent and the OPC UA server.

7) Option Team Plan

Extension of the Teamdispo website for an optimized presentation of data on participants, status, services and escalation levels:

  • The Description and Status columns can be hidden as needed
  • The column height is flexible (slider)
  • Optimized tooltip
  • General appearance in the "Compact" theme

Pending discontinuations: ACC V5.0 and V5.1
The following ACC versions will be discontinued in 2022:

  • ACC V5.0 as of March 31, 2022
  • ACC V5.1 as of October 31, 2022

After discontinuation, no more extensions are available for these versions, and technical support will also be discontinued.
