ReferenceTaking over the support of an existing control systemA customer has had a control system created by a supplier to monitor the building services and infrastructure facilities in his data center. We were commissioned to look after the control system during operation. For this purpose, we supported the customer with the acceptance of the system, pointed out residual defects and helped to remedy them as required. We have also initiated optimizations for ongoing operations.We then took over the operation of the control system. For this purpose, components for monitoring the software were installed and set up. If software processes are no longer functional or if the alarm system (Alarm Control Center) no longer reaches one of the two redundant servers, we are alerted and immediately initiate troubleshooting.For preventive maintenance, we create status and maintenance reports for the customer on the basis of log files. On this basis, incorrect parameterizations and inconsistencies can be recognized, error trends can be determined and countermeasures can be initiated.
