    Your tasks

    • You are the contact person for customers with technical questions about the Alarm Control Center alarm management system
    • With your specialist knowledge, you advise our customers on the phone, via e-mail, via remote access and also support them on site
    • You carry out software and system tests
    • You support sales with technical questions

    Your profile

    • Professional experience in technical IT support and customer service
    • Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
    • High level of commitment and enjoyment of technical challenges
    • Good communication skills
    • Preferably completed vocational training, e. g. in the fields of IT system electronics, system management, system integration, etc. or studies in the field of information technology, e. g. IT management, software development or comparable qualification such as IT specialist (m/f/d)
    • Willingness to travel - within the DACH region, around 6 assignments a year
    • Experience in the field of telecommunications is an advantage
    • Basic knowledge of C++ programming languages and Windows operating systems is desirable
    • Readiness for occasional 24/7 deployments within the framework of a coordinated on-call plan
