Voice call with individual message texts

In order to alert participants, you can choose between two types of announcements for the Voice Output channel: self-defined wave files or dynamically generated message text via a text-to-speech engine. With wave files, predefined wave files are played back as a message text announcement on the phone. With text-to-speech, the message text is automatically synthesized using a pre-installed text-to-speech engine and then played back.
