Alarm Control Center is an alarm software developed in Stuttgart (Germany). It reliably sends messages from (process) control systems and visualization systems to end devices such as smartphones, cell phones, telephones, pagers as well as laptops, tablets or PCs.
Alerts are always sent directly and automatically to the responsible person or group of people.
If a recipient of the first alarm does not respond to the message within the specified response time, it is immediately sent to the other defined recipients. During the escalation stage, one or more participants can be notified.
The escalation steps can be configured as required and can also be executed multiple times to ensure the delivery and processing of alarms at all times.
