Automated logistics in production technology

Away from the assembly line, towards transport with autonomous transport vehicles. According to these specifications, a customer from the automotive industry completely rebuilt its final assembly in order to be able to react to current market demand with maximum flexibility.

Components, add-on parts as well as tools and material are transported with smaller Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV). Car bodies are transported using large AGVs. A central control system was integrated to ensure that the transport vehicles receive their starting and destination locations reliably, that they adhere to their defined routes and do not get in each other's way. We were commissioned to maintain the central control system and to look after the server, also in relation to the data center.

In this way, we guarantee a quick reaction in the event of errors in the application, support in the development and integration of further functions and parameters, right through to restarting in the event of an error and during system recovery. As a partner, we guarantee fast response times.
