Migration of building systems to a new control system

A customer is planning to replace his existing building control system in one of his automobile plants. As part of this replacement, both existing controls are to be connected to the new system and old systems are to be replaced.

On the one hand, the order was placed with us directly via the customer; on the other hand, we act as a sub-supplier to the SPS supplier. Due to our expertise and many years of experience from comparable migration projects, we are one of only two IT suppliers that are allowed to carry out this work.

The project includes, on the one hand, the visualization of the systems according to customer standards in the new control technology and the development of overview images. In addition, we configure the key figure areas for evaluations, automatic switching operations and alarm management in the event of system malfunctions.

The migration of the building systems to the new control system takes place during operation.
