ACC V23 SP1: First service pack available soon

At the end of March 2023, a first service pack for ACC Version V23 will be released. Thanks to your feedback, we were able to make targeted improvements to the current version. We thank you for your feedback and support.

The following optimizations are included in service pack 1:

  • Backup and restore extended to backup of the entire ACC configuration
  • Replace MSXML parser 4.0 with MSXML parser 6.0 (security issue is fixed)
  • New UDP agent to replace the outdated Siclimat X agent (product maintenance)
  • All current hotfixes up to commit 355b289d (see below)

In addition, other minor bug fixes and improvements have been made that further enhance the stability and performance of the ACC.

All customers with an upgrade contract will soon receive further information on the service pack, including the download link.

ACC V23 hotfixes

All current hotfixes up to commit 355b289d for ACC V23.0 are available for download as a zip file at the following WeTransfer link :

Instructions on how to apply a hotfix and which bug fixes the individual hotfixes contain can be found in the accompanying Readme.txt.

Some important bug fixes from it are:

  • Email agent and channel improvements
  • Report PDFs can be read within the Desigo CC agent
  • Trouble with drag & drop functionality among alarm groups and service teams has been fixed

Please create a backup of your ACC installation before applying the hotfix. If you have any questions, our support team will be happy to help at support@alarmcontrolcenter.de .

 

ACC V23 - Extension of compatibility

A reliable performance of the ACC can only be guaranteed with systems and components approved by us. The compatibility list for ACC V23 has been extended by the following systems:

  •  PCS7 V9.1 including SP2
  • ACC App: iOS 16 and Android 13

ACC V23 compatibility tests are currently being carried out with the new Desigo CC V6, WinCC Unified V18.0 and WinCC RT Professional V18 versions.

 

Upcoming discontinuations: ACC V5.2 and V5.3

The following ACC versions will be discontinued in 2023:

  • ACC V5.2 and V5.3 by 31.10.2023

After discontinuation, no more extension will be available for there versions. In addition, technical support will be terminated.
