    Whether SMS, email, Microsoft Teams, Confluence or ticketing systems – with this channel, your alarm messages reliably reach the desired recipients and services. 

    The HTTPS channel is available from ACC V25 .

    Individual configuration of web calls

    The HTTPS channel offers maximum flexibility through a custom configuration for each reporting event:

    • The URLs and contents of the web calls are fully configurable and can be customized using placeholder variables.
    • The HTTP request methods supported are: GET, POST, PUT and DELETE.

    The channel is delivered as a standard interface and is not preconfigured. The connection and configuration of the third-party services is carried out by the customer. A separate channel is required for each connected service.
