1. The Alarm Control Center on the fair SPS IPC Drives in Nuremberg from Tuesday 27.11. until Thursday 29.11.2018

We will show you an outlook on the Alarm Control Center V5.1 (ACC V5.1) and the support of your employees through an innovative combination of smartphone and smartwatch at this year's SPS IPC Drives. The smartphone stays in the pocket – messages can be accepted and rejected at the wrist!

2. Delivery approval ACC V5.1 as of December 17, 2018

The countdown is on – the next innovation rocket is on the launch platform and will be fired on December 17, 2018 – the Alarm Control Center V5.1 (ACC V5.1). These options and additional functions are also on board:

  • Alarm filter
    You would like to keep the number of messages manageable or would like to suppress chatter errors? The ACC alarm filter supports you in doing so and informs the responsible technicians about too many messages, eg after restart following a power failure. Your organizational process only requires the sending of a first disturbance at a plant to your employees? The follow-up message filter provides this for you.
  • Subscriber matrix
    Organize the frequently changing responsibilities of operators and maintainers for your production plants in a clear matrix. For this, you only need a click in the ACC web interface in the subscriber matrix. The operation of the subscriber matrix on the ACC App is planned for 2019.
  • Rights and role management including connection to the Active Directory of your IT
    You would like to be able to login on the ACC with your Windows user and password also? The users of the ACC shall have different rights in the configuration of the Alarm Control Center? With this option you have all possibilities for different roles from administrators up to users with read-only access.
  • Statistics
    An overview of the top ten occurred messages and alarms is required for the optimization of your processes? You can analyze your data with the Statistics option and derive cost-saving measures from this.
  • Change log
    You want to or have to be able to trace changes on the configuration of the Alarm Control Center by users? With this option, changes on the configuration of the ACC are logged and can be traced. That way you are well-equipped for internal and external audits.
  • Alarm board
    Would you like to be faster than the fire department? You can initiate reactions to extraordinary events in your business such as the evacuation of a building with a single click. You trigger preconfigured messages directly via the website of the Alarm Control Center with the alarm board. All employees are alarmed safely – on the smartphone, via a voice call or via a loudspeaker announcement – and can thus bring themselves out of the danger zone.

  • If the WinCC message should also be sent as an SMS and be acknowledged or rejected on a smartphone (Android) with the ACC app, the entry starts at 3,430.00 euros.
