The ACC core system is the heart of alarm management. The alarm management system itself consists of various components. These different parts are brought closer to you here.
The integrated web interface allows you to easily configure and operate the Alarm Control Center. All reports are stored in an archive and can also be called up across the network via the Internet/Intranet. The necessary security is guaranteed by entering a user name and password.
Sending messages is relatively easy. But what if the participant cannot be reached or has already completed other tasks? The Alarm Control Center also offers a solution for this: In such cases, the alarm module takes effect automatically. The message is then sent to one or more other participants. By jumping to the start of the alert, you can run through the alert chain as often as you like, so that the alert will always be successful. The alarm has ended successfully when a participant has accepted the message and takes care of the fault.
The participants represent the recipients of the messages in the Alarm Control Center. A participant can have several call destinations via which he can receive his messages: a push message to his smartphone, an e-mail to his e-mail address or a Voice call to his landline phone.
Via the participant status, the participant can easily choose whether he would like to receive messages or whether he is in a meeting or out of the office, for example.
A service team organizes the alerting of the individual participants. It observes the shift schedules and ensures that the notification is successfully delivered. A service team consists of one or more escalations. Each escalation applies to a shift plan and contains a list of those participants who should be called simultaneously or one after the other in the event of an alarm.
A shift schedule consists of one or more work shifts and defines the time, days and weeks for which an escalation is valid. The shifts are defined independently of the escalations and can be used by all service teams. If working hours or shift models change, the working time model is adjusted once globally for everyone.
An alarm group can combine one or more service teams and serves in this function as the recipient of a message from a control system. The name of the alarm group is given in the control system, which means that one or more service teams can be alarmed.
