With the Monitoring option, the availability of control systems, Agents, channels, the telecommunication infrastructure and all other components of the Alarm Control Center: can be monitored on the basis of cyclical tests. In the event of deviations and malfunctions, the responsible personnel will be notified. This ensures reliable operation even with critical processes.
The Monitoring option monitors the various components of the ACC. Via the Agents that have been set up, the functionality of the connected control systems can be checked. The connected communication systems are monitored via the Channels. If the functionality is impaired, the responsible participants are notified immediately via the defined channels.
Of course, all core system components such as escalation and database can also be monitored. If a component does not respond to a test request, this is also detected and a message is triggered via the ACC. The results can be reported back to the ACC as well as to third-party systems. The test results are recorded together with the histories in a separate archive.
The monitoring option oversees the various components of the ACC. About the furnished Agents that have been set up, the functionality of the connected control systems can be checked. An intuitive and clear user interface is available for configuring the monitoring option.
On the system overview, the test result of all test runs of the individual modules is displayed by the color of the heart icons and you have a direct overview of the health of your Alarm Control Center.
