The Option Team Plan is used to display and manage participants in service teams. Participants of the Alarm Control Center can be activated or deactivated for each shift in a service team. This is done using a matrix by simply checking and unchecking.
Especially for ACC systems with many service teams and different participants, the Team Plan option represents a great support, with which a lot of time can be saved.
With the Team Plan option, the support of individual plants (service teams) can be assigned to individual participants quickly and clearly with just one click. The incoming messages from these systems are then forwarded by the Alarm Control Center directly to the respective activated participants.
The extensive filter function of the option also ensures that an overview of the service teams is always guaranteed.
The Team Plan option is also available in the ACC app of the smartphone channel . Each participant is shown his or her respective affiliations to the participant lines and service teams for each client and shift schedule clearly and interactively in the app. With one click, the app user can sign in or out of a service team independently and in real time.
The Team Plan option not only allows you to view and manage your own responsibilities, but it also provides insight into how many active participants are currently assigned to an escalation step and what minimum number of participants has been configured.
