  • Alarm filter
    Do you want to suppress a flood of messages or chatter messages? The ACC alarm filter supports you and informs the responsible technicians about a flood of messages, eg after restarting after a power failure. Your organizational process only requires the first malfunction of a system to be sent to your employees? The follow-up message filter takes care of that for you.

 

  • Participants matrix
    Organize the frequently changing responsibilities of operators and maintenance staff for your production facilities in a clear matrix. In the participant matrix you only need one click in the ACC web interface. The operation of the participant matrix on the ACC app is planned for 2019.

 

  • Rights and role management including connection to your IT's Active Directory
    Would you like to be able to log in to the ACC with your Windows user and password? The users of the ACC should have different rights in the configuration of the Alarm Control Center? With this option you have all options for different roles from administrators to users with read-only access.

 

  • Statistics
    An overview of the top ten messages and alarms that have occurred is required to optimize your processes? With the Statistics option, you can analyze your data and derive cost-saving measures from it.

 

  • Change Log
    Do you want or need to be able to track the changes made by users to the configuration of the Alarm Control Center? With this option, changes to the configuration of the ACC are logged and are traceable. This means you are well prepared for internal and external audits.

 

  • Alarm Board
    Do you want to be faster than the fire brigade? You can initiate reactions to unusual events in your company, such as the evacuation of a building, with just one click. With the alarm board, you trigger preconfigured messages directly via the Alarm Control Center website. All employees are safely alerted - on their smartphone, via a voice call or via a loudspeaker announcement - and thus take themselves out of the danger zone.
