The Desigo CC agent accepts alarms from the integrated Building management platform from Siemens AG and forwards them to our alarm software Alarm Control Center further.
The agent enables you to react quickly and flexibly to messages from Desigo CC.
The agent for Desigo CC is pending ACC Version V23 .
The Desigo CC building management platform generates alarms in the form of so-called events.
The agent receives these events as push messages from the Desigo CC server web interface. This happens whenever the value of a given data point changes in Desigo CC.
Desigo CC events contain properties with different property values (fields).
The ACC forms the ACC alarm messages from these property values. The message text can be flexibly combined from several fields of the Desigo CC alarm and additional static text can be added.
Optionally, reports of the Desigo CC system can be added to the ACC messages in PDF format as an e-mail attachment.
